I was born and lived in a small rural village in Mexico until my family moved to the U.S.A. when I was 7 years old. I received my BA in Sociology, from Stanford University and have practice in, or knowledge of, energy therapies including: NAET (Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Technique), Reiki, Tai Chi, Bach Flowers, NH (Natural Healing), Body Talk, B.E.S.T. (Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). EFT is my primary and preferred tool for working with energy body disruptions.

These techniques recognize several things. One, that everyone and everything is fundamentally energy. Two, the mind, heart and soul hold immense intelligence and wisdom and we are turning inward for guidance and healing. Three, we are at the Morse code level of communication with this Great Wisdom and look forward to its evolution.

I specialize in substance sensitivities; stress and anxiety; Spiritual matters; fears and phobias; depression and grief; and abundance and performance blocks for both children and adults. I am able to use Muscle Response Testing (from Applied Kinesiology), if needed, to uncover the blocks to healing.

EFT is intuitive and rational; practical and versatile, and self-empowering. More importantly, it can be a vehicle towards higher self-awareness and Spiritual evolvement.
